Minor variations in the colour cannot be treated as a damage as the photos are taken under studio lights and we try our best to keep it as close as possible to the true colour.
We only approve of refunds on items which are defective or damaged. Such products should be reported by mail and returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. We cannot offer any refund or accept the returned material after the above mentioned time period of 7 days from the date of delivery.
