We deal in Handloom products mainly which are handcrafted by weavers. An irregular weave or print cannot be treated as damage as the work is done by human hand. Minor variations in the colour cannot be treated as a damage as the photos are taken under studio lights and we try our best to keep it as close as possible to the true colour.We only approve of refunds on items which are defective or damaged. Such products should be reported by mail and returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. We cannot offer any refund or accept the returned material after the above mentioned time period of 7 days from the date of delivery.
While returning the material, please ensure that the material is unused, and the folds of the material are not disturbed and are in the same condition as was received by you. We will not accept material which has been altered or tampered with. For Eg: The blouse piece has been cut or Saree fall has been attached etc.
The product must be sent back in original packing with proof of purchase. The product should be sent at the cost of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please ensure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
We will not be responsible or liable for non-receipt of product due to in correct/outdated delivery address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can be processed only through the same channel as the payment has been made and cannot be interchanged with another mode of payment.
